Shipping Policy
**Please note: Brightside Fabrics is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but do our best to provide estimates according to the shipping carrier's timelines.
We aim to process all of our orders within 5-10 business days but hey, we’re only human and with full time jobs and a couple young kids each, sometimes that TAT might push out a bit. On the odd occasion, if one of our locations is low on stock, we’ll have to transfer fabric between locations to fulfill your order. If this is the case, it is possible that your timeline might be extended.
Please know that every order you place makes us giddy and we’ll always do our best to get your fabric to you in a timely manner. If you have shipping policy questions please email us at hello@brightsidefabric.com
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in either Chilliwack or North Vancouver, BC. Please select "local pickup" at checkout and send an email to us to confirm which location you’d like to pick up from. Once your order is complete we will email you pickup location details.
Canadian Orders
All orders within Canada will ship via UPS, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post depending what is offered in your region. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping (before taxes). Orders below $250 will be subject to a flat rate shipping cost of $15. When your package is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number.
USA Orders
Orders shipped to the USA will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Rates are $20 CAD for US shipping. When your package ships, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Stashes
A stash is the option to collect multiple orders of fabric and ship everything together when you’re ready. Your stash fee covers one 18”x18”x18” box. Once your stash reaches those parameters it will ship automatically. You may also ship before you reach the size threshold and can prompt us to do so by sending an email to hello@brightsidefabric.com.
