Shipping policy

We aim to process all of our orders within 5-10 business days but hey, we’re only human and with full time jobs and a couple young kids each, sometimes that TAT might push out a bit. If this is the case, it is possible that your timeline might be extended.

We offer free local pickup in North Vancouver, BC. Please select "local pickup" at checkout. Once your order is complete we will email you pickup location details. 

All orders within Canada will ship via UPS, Purolator, GLS, Canpar, FedEx or Canada Post depending what is offered in your region. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping (before taxes). Orders below $150 will be subject to a flat rate shipping cost of $15. When your package is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number. 

Orders shipped to the USA will be shipped via Canada Post. Rates are $15 USD for US shipping (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders over $300 CAD ship free. Duty/tariffs are included, so you will not be charged anything additional when your package crosses the border. When your package ships, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number. 

A stash is the option to collect multiple orders of fabric and ship everything together when you’re ready. Your stash fee covers one 18”x18”x18” box. Once your stash reaches those parameters it will ship automatically. You may also ship before you reach the size threshold and can prompt us to do so by sending an email to hello@brightsidefabric.com.
