The Flora Jacket and Vest is a boxy, slightly oversized quilted outerwear piece that will become a staple in your shoulder season wardrobe. With 3 pocket styles, 2 different lengths and two hem styles to choose from, the Flora has so many options!
The Flora Jacket is designed for quilted or thicker fabrics. We love the idea of using a thrifted quilt or wool blanket, but you can make yours totally custom by quilting your own! We’ll show you how :). You’ll also need a small amount of coordinating fabric for the collar and plackets, in addition to bias binding for the edges and woven interfacing if your fabric is on the thinner side.

CanadaConfused and lost
I printed off the kids jacket and now the e-mail has disappeared so i cant seem to print anything else. The kids jacket pattern is incredibly confusing. I'm mostly ticked off i cant download the content from the e-mail as i purchased the hoods for the jackets and also purchased the adult jacket which i can not access.
NorwayThe sewing description was good, easy to follow. Would love it if the pattern came in the metric system as well, as it would make sewing easier for us European sewers.
CanadaGrading tweaks
I mostly like the fit of this but wish that 1) the pockets were graded. If you're making a smaller size, I'd recommend shortening the pocket. In the pictures, you can see the large pockets go up over the bust line, and it's an odd look IRL. 2) The fit is very relaxed, but not in the lower sleeves. You could easily wear a sweatshirt under the body of this, but not the sleeves. For a consistent fit, I've started adding some width to the sleeves.
